Shoulder injury
I have shoulder dull and it's cracks a lot and had is not really stable during lifting - Findings are suggestive of:  Minimal to mild subacromial-subdeltoid bursitis.  Mild oedema of the acromioclavicular joint capsule, without significant arthropathy.  Mild fraying of the posterosuperior glenoid labrum (10–11 o'clock position).  Intact rotator cuff tendons without evidence of tendinosis or tear.  No other significant abnormality detected. This is my mri report I've had this injury since 9 month due to badminton tried multiple physio though i was not consistent . Right now I'm occasionally playing badminton and lifting pain is not much but weakness is there
