Well i workout and once i got injury in my right shoulder joint ...there for i left it untreated and it eventually healed by time ...but i still feel stiff ness in that area it feels little pain and stifnnes whenever i workout

Injury would have got healed but adhesion may be there which causes stiffness.
You should do shoulder strengthening and stretching exercises with proper guidance.

Thereby your joint will be free of stiffness
There is nothing to worry, apply Diclofenac ointment to the area of pain and cover it with a cloth for 10mins.
Clean it with warm water following hot water fermentation, repeat this twice a day, this will help relax muscles.
Later you can do strengthening exercises for shoulder.
Or you can visit nearest physiotherapy centre and can take Electro therapy for a week and can follow the adviced exercises at home.
