There are a few possible causes of pain beneath the right shoulder blade, including: * Injury to the rotator cuff: The rotator cuff is a group of muscles and tendons that help to stabilize the shoulder joint. If any of these structures are injured, it can cause pain and difficulty moving the shoulder. * Herniated disc: A herniated disc is a condition in which one of the discs in the spine ruptures, causing pain and numbness in the back, neck, and arms. * Scoliosis: Scoliosis is a condition in which the spine curves abnormally. This can cause pain in the back, neck, and shoulders. * Anxiety: Anxiety can cause a variety of physical symptoms, including pain. If you have health anxiety, you may be more likely to focus on and worry about any pain you experience, which can make the pain seem worse. If you're experiencing pain beneath your right shoulder blade, it's important to see a doctor to get a diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime, there are a few things you can do to manage the pain, such as: * Rest: Resting the shoulder can help to reduce inflammation and pain. * Ice: Applying ice to the shoulder for 20 minutes at a time can help to numb the pain and reduce inflammation. * Over-the-counter pain relievers: Over-the-counter pain relievers, such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen, can help to reduce pain. * Physical therapy: Physical therapy can help to strengthen the muscles around the shoulder and improve range of motion. If you have health anxiety, it's important to talk to your doctor about it. They can help you to manage your anxiety and develop coping mechanisms

Hey there! Please do the following to get relieved. Do hot fomentation by dipping a towel in warm water, rinsing it and putting it on the mid back, below the shoulder blade. Repeat 10 times removing each time the towel cools. Just after this do the following stretch. Take both arms above the head. Hold the wrist of the affected side hand with the other hand. Pull the wrist and arm and bend with torso to the unaffected side. Hold this position here for 10 to 15 counts. Get back slowly to the starting position. Repeat 5 to 7 times. Do this exercise once daily, preferably in morning. For the first few days only do hot fomentation. From the 3rd day start exercise. As the pain subsides start strengthening exercises. Keep a check on good food and digestive system. Take steam, do not bend or lift heavy objects. Drink good amount of water. In case of doubts please consult online.
Next Steps
do as advised.
Health Tips
do not pull something down from above or overhead. Do meditation and relax.
