As you can see in the image , i think i have irregular blades. My range of motion for right hand is slightly reduced as compared to left which is way more flexible.In certain movement reaching my back i have pain in back of my shoulder i think it is rotator cuff or something else i dont know.

You should do scapular muscle strengthening exercises.
But to rule out the cause, you should go for a complete assessment from a physiotherapist or orthopaedist in person.

Yes I can understand there is some issue with your scapular alignment. There may be various factors which causes Scapular displacement.. weakness of muscles or shoulder joint malfunction or Shoulder girdle displacement etc. To find it out and start the right treatment, we need to examine you physically.
