Pain and burning sens in shoulder blade
From 2 days having pain and burning sensation in both shoulder blade at lower side area. Tender when pressing the muscle. Started cycling from 10 days.Any exercises to help pls.

Dont worry nothing will happen, do apply hot pack twice a day. Rest and dont put pressure on the upper back and maintain proper posture In 2 days if the pain doesnt reduces then visit physiotherapy clinic and take treatment.

Physiotherapist  need to look at your thoracic and cervical spine .u need to get your cycle check with Physiotherapist  for proper seat height n handle distance from seat n your sitting posture.if you correct your cycling posture n ergonomic  check you will benefit  n can enjoy cycling  ,I feel  your symptoms  will also disappear
