Cervical pain and shoulder blade pain can be treated with physiotherapy. The first step is to undergo a thorough assessment to determine the cause of the pain. The physiotherapist will ask you questions about your symptoms and medical history, and perform a physical examination to assess your range of motion, muscle strength, and any areas of tenderness. Based on the assessment, your physiotherapist may recommend a variety of treatments, including: 1. Manual therapy: Hands-on techniques such as massage, mobilization, and manipulation can help relieve pain and stiffness in the neck and shoulder. 2. Exercise therapy: Specific exercises can help improve your range of motion, strengthen the muscles in your neck, upper back and shoulder, and improve your posture. 3. Modalities: Various modalities such as heat, ice, ultrasound, or electrical stimulation may be used to reduce pain and inflammation. 4. Education: Your physiotherapist may provide education on posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications to help prevent future episodes of cervical and shoulder pain. It's important to follow your physiotherapist's advice and complete your prescribed exercises and treatments to achieve the best results. In the meantime, try to avoid activities that aggravate your pain and use heat or ice to help relieve your symptoms.

Hi There could be m/s spasm around your Rt shoulder blade or in upper neck region. You may apply moist heat pack around that area for 10-12 min. But do visit a near by therapist to diagnose your condition and find the source of pain. Also they can help you to release the stiff muscle with different manual techniques. Try avoiding screen time and driving until then.
