After reviewing your X-rays and medical history, I have determined that your symptoms are related to both your cervical spine (neck) and shoulder. The pain you are experiencing and the possible radiation down to your shoulder and elbow is likely caused by a pinched nerve between your cervical vertebrae.
Next Steps
As an initial measure, I recommend the following home care advice to help reduce your pain: Heat Therapy: Apply a hot water bag or heating pad to the affected area. Postural Awareness: Try to avoid sitting or maintaining the same posture for prolonged periods. Gentle Movement: Perform gentle exercises and movements for your neck, shoulder, and elbow. If possible, I strongly recommend pursuing physiotherapy treatment. I personally prefer a structured approach with day-by-day improved treatment plans and protocols to ensure the best outcome. You are welcome to consult with me online, or you can visit a nearby clinic for further evaluation and management of this issue.
Health Tips
Bedtime tips: For better support and pain relief while you sleep, roll a towel and place it beneath your neck. This will provide excellent support to your cervical spine."

It can be due to rotator cuff injury in shoulder joint....the muscles which hold the shoulder joint. It can be due to repeated activity of shoulder which makes the muscles stiff day by day.
Next Steps
You can do pendulum exercises, shoulder active range of motion, towel stretch, shoulder abduction, shoulder adduction, finger ladder exercise, shoulder pulley exercise but it will be better if u consult online once...to know in details
Health Tips
Neck strenghtening isometric exercises can be done for normal neck and do icing over shoulder joint where you are feeling pain...and don't give more stress over hand...try to rest

After seeing your X-rays and description of problem, my provisional opinion would be : 1. It can be because of cervical radiculopathy ,most probably C5 2. Flattening of curvature is a temporary thing , which can be corrected after detailed examination 3. We need to rule out Shoulder impingement/Rotator Cuff tendinopathy as well. I will advice you to come for an assessment for correct diagnosis before designing treatment plan

Hello The pain might be because of postural malalignment due to stiff muscles. The tight muscles are putting pressure on your joints resulting in the pain. Taking muscle relaxants can give you temporary relief but what you actually need is proper physiotherapy.
Next Steps
Visit an ortho physiotherapist for a proper consultation. You can also contact me for a tele consultation since you live in Bangalore
Health Tips
You have to focus on postural correction, strengthening of the weak muscles and stretching of the tight muscles

From your X-ray, it appears that the natural curve of your neck (cervical lordosis) has straightened — this is referred to as a “straight neck” or loss of cervical lordosis. Do you experience any muscle tightness, tingling, or numbness in your arms or hands? If yes, it could be related to nerve irritation originating from the cervical spine.
Next Steps
Begin physiotherapy focusing on posture correction, cervical strengthening, and stretching exercises. Use heat therapy to relax tight neck and shoulder muscles. Maintain ergonomic posture while working or using mobile devices. Avoid sleeping on your stomach; prefer back or side sleeping with a supportive pillow. If tingling or numbness persists, your doctor may suggest an MRI of the cervical spine to check for nerve compression.
Health Tips
Avoid sudden neck movements or self-neck cracking. Maintain good posture and take regular breaks from screens. Use a medium pillow while sleeping. If pain radiates or you feel tingling or numbness in the arm, seek professional advice promptly.
