Hi,
I have a pain on right side neck and right side below shoulder blade. I have taken an x Ray and consulted with a doctor who diagnosed it to be a neck spasm due to poor posture and advised physiotherapy. I have completed it, neck pain has significantly reduced.
But pain below shoulder blade is still there and appears to be at a point. And if someone presses it, they can feel a node or a bump kind of a thing right there.
Is it just the referred pain from neck or it is a separate issue ?
