I am suffering neck and shoulder pain since three years but now last three months this pain is increasing and also numbness in my fingers of hand.

Vertebral bodies are normal in height with straightening of spine.
Spondylotic changes are seen in the form of osteophytes.
Intervertebral disc spaces are normal.

No abnormal pre or paravertebral soft tissue shadows seen.
No cervical rib seen.
