Pain in neck and shoulders with stiffnes
I am suffering neck and shoulder pain since three years but now last three months this pain is increasing and also numbness in my fingers of hand. Below is xray report dated 05.06.2023 **-----------** DIGITAL X RAY CERVICAL SPINE- (AP, LAT) Bone density is mildly reduced. Vertebral bodies are normal in height with straightening of spine. Spondylotic changes are seen in the form of osteophytes. Intervertebral disc spaces are normal. Pedicles appear normal. No abnormal pre or paravertebral soft tissue shadows seen. No cervical rib seen. *** End Of Report ***

You need neck isometrics  and neck strengthening exercises along with posture correction. use hot pack as well to relieve neck and shoulder pain. Electotherapy is also beneficial.
Next Steps
Avoid forward neck bending,lifting heavy weights and long sitting hours.Don't use heavy pillow while sleeping.

Hi Your xray seems normal For posture correction and other abnormalities in soft tissue you will have to consult physiotherapy clinic My timings are 11 am to 2 pm and online consultation between 6pm to 8pm Thank you
