Hi, Your Xray is showing early stage of degeneration of knee. You will have to do exercises and stretching daily and regularly. You won't be able to reverse this process but you can easily reduce your pain and slow it down.
Next Steps
Consult a physiotherapist. It is gonna be a long term treatment so you'll need a therapist. An online therapist will also work or you can visit a clinic..
Health Tips
Avoid long standing hours and stressful activities, wear a knee cap, and regularly perform exercises.

My opinion is there is no serious change in your X-ray it is normal degenerative changes according to age. But due to your occupation the degenerative changes are accelerated. You need concentrate more on your dietary intake of calcium and vitaming from a certified Dietician.
Next Steps
with diet constantly focus on exercise daily atleast for 45 minutes.
Health Tips
reduce your weight as it is primary risk factor for knee pain.
