Hi In this x ray degenerative changes started ,which further causes severe problem , so proper exercises can be done (home exercises programme) So it is alarming situation .

Yes there is age related degeneration seen.also some postural issue. Need to correct it with stretching and strengthening exercises for neck and shoulder. Need to do proper assessment for your problem.

For a 60 year old this xray doesn't seem alarming! What made you seek help in the first place?! We can guide you based on your symptoms so please share more details. Xray alone is not sufficient to conclude anything.

if no symptoms then try to be as active as possible in your daily life.. a brisk walk for 30 mins 5 times a week is enough to maintain a healthy lifestyle!
