The Xray indicates spasm of muscles around your cervical spine. It could be due to a pinched nerve or other pathology in your spine or in the neck muscles. But spasm doesnt mean your pain is arising from the spine only. The pain may be due to some pathology in your shoulder or muscles of your neck/shoulder. A proper examination is required to find the exact source and level of origin of the pain. Also if there is any complication like a neurodeficit or not. According to the examination, it would be managed with medications, therapy, and precautions.
Next Steps
Please get a medical consultation by either Rehab & Physical Medicine Physician/Pain Physician/Neurologist/Orthopedician for an  assessment and management
