The pain is due to your posture while sitting, holding mobile or using a mouse or laptop. Maintain a good posture and work in an ergonomic manner. Do appropriate stretching exercises.

Hi According to MRI there is right side nerve compression from C3-C7 level. Since u are having no numbness and tingling sensation that means .. compression is mild . If neglected can worsen. Start strengthening exercises of neck and upper back. Stretches also. Do consult physiotherapist for exercises
Next Steps
Apply hot pack for pain relief
