Hey there... Sometimes pain in the shoulder blade caused by improper posture of neck too & due to any excessive work there might be trigger formation leading to discomfort and pain over beneath shoulder blade & tremors in hands

Hey there! If you have been gyming recently the cause may be weak muscles. Hand tremors also associated to it. Hand tremors sometimes have no major cause. Secondarily, you might be suffering from some conditions like bursitis. Please consult online. Need to check for final diagnosis.
