Since few months the nerves parallel and on both sides of spine are causing pain, few muscles on the back are paining, and few bones on spine also hurt

Maintain proper posture and avoid cross leg sitting, bending forward, lifting of heavy objects while bending, wear LS Belt if driving for more than 7kms.

2. Need concentric exercises for spinal extensor s and eccentric exercises for spinal flexors .
Initiate with min number of repetition s and duration and with appropriate rest periods.
Later gradually can be increased.
3.At the age of 21 you r having back pain and distance between discs have increased .
