U need manual therapy to treat the hip pain and leg pain. Avoid doing exercise when u feel  pain while doing. Physiotherapy is the best way to treat such pains.

It needs proper physical assessment, physiotherapy for 2 weeks will be suggested as some times muscles needs to be stretched and if there is compression it takes 7 days and later exercises for 7 days under supervision is needed, need to rule out any comprrssion or hip avascular necrosis. Visit expert physiotherspist or orthopaedic surgeon for proper assessment and treatment.
