You need proper assessment to rule out any soft tissue or spinal compressions. Consult in person or online with the physical therapist for proper assessment to get proper treatment.

Hey there! For a sitting job one should modify the lifestyle to adjust accordingly for a healthy living. The main crux of that is to keep moving, taking short breaks, even 2-3minutes will do. Move a bit, twist a bit, stretch a bit, walk a bit. Stretching works the best as for exercise schedules. Going about your age some amount of caution is required as degeneration starts at thirties. Please consult a physiotherapist or an orthopaedician for the reason of pain. Lifestyle changes works the best in conditions like yours. Proper posture while sitting is required and adding to that changing posture is also required at some time intervals. Exercises-  I would not advise you at present as the cause of back pain needs to be confirmed. When you will visit a physiotherapist, you will also have an advantage of your pain being relieved with help of electrotherapy and other modalities.
Next Steps
please consult ( as the doctor can ask you questions that ways for proper diagnosis)
