I am having upper back pain and pain below my chest and side of chest on both sides it is not going after taking zerodol

It seems to be upper improper posture and overactivity in one position without taking rest in between. It happens due to the laxity of muscles, lack of proper supplements, and working for long hours in the same position. Start doing stretching and maintain the proper posture along with supplements like Vit B12, folic acid, and Vit D.

U need to meet a senior sports physiotherapist & do myofacial trigger release, cryotherapy, if it's over muscle then apply ultrasound , apply volini gel .

Hello mam, this is Dr. Lavanya from My physiofix clinic As you have mentioned that your having pain over the upper back and below and side of chest that could probably related to your "posture".forward head posture, rounded shoulders will strain your back muscles and put more stress on the chest muscles Causes could be: work stress, bad ergonomic settings, weight gain, no regular exercise,poor diet, low vitamin D and vitamin B12(please check if these factors were causing your pain and correct them) And all these should be followed for at least three weeks to see the improvement

You need proper assessment, as it may be due to muscle spasm, consult in person with physiotherapist or neurologist for proper assessment and treatment. For upper back pain, you do hot water fermentation twice a day.

For upper back pain do hot fomentation twice a day. Apply voveron gel. Correct your posture. After pain goes off start with back strengthening exercises. For below chest pain it can be acidity . You had not mentioned any details of weight lifting or long sittings .
