How long do you have this pain? Is it radiating from your neck? Do you have any previous history of neck or back problem? You should do hot water fomentation for your back 15-20 minutes twice a day.. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should do upper back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. You should do posture correction exercises with proper guidance. Avoid prolonged neck bending activities. Avoid using high pillow.
Next Steps
If the pain persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment either in person or through video call.

It is due to postural issue . after delivery chest muscles become weak so we try to slouch more . And due to slouching upper back muscles get strain easily. Need to correct posture and strengthening the weak muscle. Need to apply ice pack three times a day or hot water bag. And do shoulder strengthening exercises and stretches for neck. Also do some neck isometric exercises regularly.
Next Steps
avoid forward bending posture. always sit with pillow under your back.
