Muscle knots / muscle lumps
Is there any ayurvedic/ homeopthic / allopathic medicines available for muscle knots. I am not sure if the muscle lumps which I am observing on body are actually muscle knots or anything else. How should I confirm it? Any specific tests? Is there any way I can get rid of it.

Firstly weather its painful or not is important, if painful and present over number of regions needs to be thoroughly examined, if non pain painfull it could be lipid deposit, if painful and present over specific areas like arround neck at collar line or at elbow, or hip could be muscular trigger point.

They can be managed by physiotherapy I'd they are a muscular problem. Muscle knots is a term you use but diagnosis by a Dr or a physiotherapist will help get rid of them.
