I have a muscle knot on my righr buttock
As I mentioned I have a muscle knot and it does not pain but the only issue I have is that it's very visible and doesn't hide under clothes. I will go and visit a doctor personally but I only wanted to know what metbods can help the knot to disappear

If there is no pain , only for cosmetic reason its bothering you , so better get it removed through surgery... Visit a general surgeon or an onco surgeon...
