Muscle knots in lower back and Tband
Hi ,I need your help/advise ...I work out everyday ( mix of jogging and mostly yoga)...and have been suffering with muscle knots in my lower back along my sciatic nerve (right side of the leg)...do you know how to work around that?

For thighs you can use the foam roller in front and around IT band. For lower back use tennis ball watch few videos on youtube.

Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.

Take dry needling with the help of physiotherapist  is most effective and quickest method or even you can do foam rollar and trigger point release
