Knots in hands and legs
I have knots (bulge) on my hand. There's one large on my arms and others are tiny but gradually developing. They are spread across my body. While they don't pain much but surely I can feel them and I want to stop them from growing.

Hi there ! Those are called as lipomas   and no need to worry about these as they are harmless ,non cancerous nodules. For cosmetic reasons you require surgical resection . Thank you
