Pain in hands & legs after
Suddenly had a night cramp once. I repeatedly stretched my left leg and did little moments to make the pain go away. Suddenly after a day my left leg little toe is feeling numb at times and also sometimes legs n hand fingers are paining at night and have a back ache too

Check for vita D profile, deficinecy of calcium causes this pain sometimes. if its low then take calcium rich diet and also can take Uprise D3 or shelcal D once a day.

Hi, it seems u have vit d deficiency, may be calcium deficiency too. If possible get serum calcium and serum vit d3 test done. Upload them here on private chat. Then I can give u correct advice.

Whenever you get cramps elevate your leg and give stretching, elevation can be supported eg, lie down on the floor and support your leg in the height of your bed.for pain in the finger tak hot water with sodium ie salt and place your fingers inside the hot water for 5 to 10 minutes
