Yes it is curable with physiotherapy, but not online. Manual Therapy will work for that so need to visit clinically
Your mom's pain and numbness may be due to nerve compression at neck.
First you have to rule out cardiac issues then consult a Physiotherapist in person for complete assessment and treatment.
She needs proper assessment to suggest proper treatment, consult online ir in person with the neurologist or physiotherapist so that proper treatment can be suggested.
It might be due to nerve compression at cervical level visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and treatment plan.
