Numbness in my leg
Numbness occurs , when I crossed my leg and sit on the floor , and it comes after a few second time, but when I stand it continues working. And when I sit on desi toilet then after few sec numbness occurs . Is it any problems in my leg.

Numbness occurs due to nerve compression either at Lower back level of spine. Different reasons can be there. Also nerves can get entrapped under tight soft tissue structures below the level of spine. The exact cause can be known by an Orthopedecian and/ a Physiotherapist after a proper assessment.

It is because of nerve compression primarily may be related to lower back.. If it is associated with low back pain then have to do back exercises well.. Also stretching of leg is recommended but should be done under physiotherapist's supervision

Numbness in your leg might be related to back problems some time... Nerve compression can give tingling and numbness like symptoms in back

Feeling numb during cross leg sitting and squatting is mostly normal. If this occurs afters sitting  for a long time you don't have to worry about  it.
