Sitting in ground with crossed legs
I can not sit on ground with both the legs crossed I get pain while crossing both the legs pl suggest whom do I contact ?

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Quadriceps exercise Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Chiropractic physiotherapy.

Hi Sir, It could be because of multiple reasons whether it is joint degenerative changes,or muscle stiffness, or arthritis or any joint abnormalities. You can consult any physiotherapist or any orthopaedic doctor for further clarification.

May be inflexibility of muscles or any joint pathological change. Consult a physiotherapist. If you want to get early recovery can seek my advice. I basically do all advance treatment of physiotherapy which takes less time and cure patient soon.
