I stay in Finland. Winter has started and now it's 2Degree Celsius here. Suddenly I started feeling my left leg below knee is paining. I don't actually know what's happening. It's paining though I feel maybe it's more sensitive or loosing sensation. I tried to understand it by googling the things and what I got is maybe cramp or numbness. I've had cramps in my leg but it was not for such long time. Also the thing happening currently It used to happen with me once in a moon but now this is quite often. What should I do? Should I see a doctor or wait and watch if things remain same after a couple of weeks when I'll be in India. ( in case climate is the reason) thanks in advance.

Yeah, it's due to very cold climate. U should take hot pack at the site of pain in a Physiotherapy Clinic or immerse leg into as hot water as U can tolerate. Do stretching of Calf muscle by watching on Google. Don't expose to outside. Use Room heating device. In India, Capsule Evion one per day for 10 days is advised for Cramps ( Vitamin E). In Finland U have to take it wd written advice of Orthopaedic Surgeon.
