Numbing ,senseless,lack of attentiveness
Whenever I sit for meditation, after 10 mins my legs go numb, my other senses aren't even in proper reflex and I start feeling less of my body , the other day my eye balls automatically started moving sideways and upward without me actually doing it. My body becomes slow.
