Slight tingling like numbness in my leg
Hi there, I am regularly starting to experience a tingling sensation/numbing kind of feeling in my left upper leg. Usually it go's after 10-15 mins but I'm just concerned that it may become worse.

Are you a diabetic, rule out for vitamin b12 deficiency, vitamin d level.
Next Steps
Avoid strenuous activities, too much forward bending, weight lifting, sitting on the floor.

if things are not  getting better with this, get an MRI of ls spine, then decide accordingly

All the symptoms of the lower leg are primarily due to low back pain which gets severe in intensity and causes pain to come down the leg..

If you have numbness in your leg...There is either compression in your spinal cord or it may be due to anxiety.
