  3. Muscle knots in arms. Any severe prob?

Muscle knots in arms
Hi , I have some 4 to 5 muscle knots in my both arms one of them became slight big as compare to others . I do not have any pain on them . Big one knot i realised since last 6 months seems it getting broad . Please let me know where i hv to go for consultation is there any severe prob ???
