It is common after dengue recovery as the platelets goes down and fatigue with weakness will be there, you can drink juices to get energy, deep brewthing exercises, walking can be started slowly to recover and later depending upon improvement can start exercises in 2 weeks.

Both dengue and bed rest change the general condition of muscles and metabolic system. Being 26, your recovery time should be short. Try not too much experimentation in physical exercise . Keep it simple and within your comfortable limit for 4-6 weeks. Seek Physio guidance for better understanding of how much physical activity is sufficient for now.
Next Steps
Simple deep breathing and short duration walking never go wrong in such conditions.
Health Tips
Try not to over burden your digestive system, nutrition is important for quick recovery.
