Constant muscle soreness since one year
I have constant muscle soreness in my legs from more than 1 year. The soreness doesn't go away with rest. Muscle is sore 24/7 Consulted a doctor and currently taking l-carnitine supplements since one month but no improvement

Hi Are you having any venous prominence in your legs i.e. varicosity which is though not common at this age group. or are you having any back pain also rule out these by consulting orthopedic or sports medicine specialist. adequate water intake if feeling any cramps like feeling. basic investigation also should be done.

Are involve in any daily routine exercises ? You need to do exercises as your weight is little high and still a student, seems you sit for long time, it happens, do regular exercises like walking, stretchjng and strengthening exercises. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper exercises which can be suggested after physical assessment.

Hi, as per your mentioned height n weight, it seems you are very lean bodied person - ectomorph. As per profession, u seem to b standing most of the times, if not sitting. Depends on your life style sir,if ur having sedentary life style try to make ur self active by walking, stretching, strengthening exercises to ur body. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper exercises prescribed by Physiotherapist.

You hadn’t mentioned about your daily routine like walks or exercises. There are many reasons for soreness. You can apply stretching to muscles n gentle massage of legs . Rest for a few days. Underlying cause has to be find out like circulation issues , varicose or else
