Trapezius muscle
I am facing pain on my trapezius muscle right side. During the day time its ok but it hurts during sleep and when i wake up in the morning time. Its been 10 days issue has not solved yet.

Trapezius muscle is heavily used muscle of the body.it is large muscle located at the base of neck and runs to the shoulder blades.execssive use of traps leads to fatigue resulting in pain

Trapezius is the muscle which gets strained easily... May be u have triggers inside. Try to get released from nearby physiotherapist.

It just because of sleeping positions and you have to do stretching exercises to consult physio after if  ice pack method is not working

You see physiotherapist and she ll release tension of trapezius muscle Will apply ultrasound machine at origin and insertion And for now Apply ice three times for 15 mins!

It may be due to muscle spasms and Myofascial syndrome or because of bad sleeping posture so need to examine your neck and shoulders
