Scrotal pain due to tight hip muscles
I am experiencing testicular pain (scrotal) from last 2-3 weeks..Its kind of continous dull ache which becomes worst when sitting..I think it is related to my tight hip muscles because i don't do any kind of exercise/stretching and I also sit crosslegged for lot of time while using laptop and I think these habits have made my pain worse..
