According to your reports there is not much of any issue because sacralization is not a bigger issue but the pain might be due to weaker core musculature which leads to pain and the feeling of greeting away.

Please try doing some core stretches for back, hip and thigh muscles first for 2 weeks once on a day. Don't increased or decrease the repetitions suddenly. Also please take ice compressions for 5 mins after exercises.
Then start strengthening exercises for core muscles and also hip and thighs once in a day for another 2 weeks and take hot or cold compressions for 10 mins after exercises.

The sacralization aspect of the xray is not something you should be alarmed about.. it is seen in a lot of people and rarely requires any specific treatment.
The pain could be due to a weak core that supports the spine that puts extra load on the superficial muscles which tire off due tk lack of strength endurance...General conditioning exercises (fitness) will help you get back to your normal!
