Pain in left of buttocks that radiates
Since a few days I developed a pain on my left side of hip and its a sharp pain which makes the lower limb numb... And my buttocks gets a tingling feeling which is also painful... when i try to stretch... i feel pressure on my nerves maybe but it helps for a moment but after some time, again it starts...

Piriformis syndrome is a condition in which the piriformis muscle, located in the buttock region, spasms and causes buttock pain. The piriformis muscle can also irritate the nearby sciatic nerve and cause pain, numbness and tingling along the back of the leg and into the foot Treatment consists of rest and initial physical therapy, in which an individual performs flexion, rotation, and other basic movements to stretch the piriformis muscle

How long do you have this pain? How it started? Whether it was a gradual onset or sudden onset? You should give hot water fomentation for 10-20 minutes twice a day. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. You should do pull-ups for 5 times twice a day.

Lie down flat , raise one leg without bending the knee ...raise upto 70 degree angle . Now pull your toes in and out.  That is , towards urself and away . Repeat with other leg. Ten times , thrice a day. Avoid doing immediately after a heavy meal. Atleast 30 minutes gap is required.

You need to stretch out your piriformis muscle and perform nerve mobilization. Now that needs to be followed up by a customized tailor made exercise routine for your condition. Alongside apply an ice pack for 7 minutes thrice a day.

Use pain'relieving gel or diclofenac gel or volini gel. Use ice pack three times a day 10 min-15min. Try to back Strengthening exercises like core Strengthening exercises pressing tummy into bed and hold. Straight leg raise. Pelvic bringing. Knee to chest. Static glutes also do some stretching.like hamstring and calf.

Yes Piriformis Syndrome can definitely  bring the discomfort and bring on similar symptoms. Are your symptoms constant and there all the time? Or only while sitting? You would need an appointment to get more information and give you an exact diagnosis. Your sitting posture could be the precursor to this. It needs to be assessed.

use ice as there possibly inflammation. Ice wrapped in a towel on the side of the buttock for 15 min 3 times a day. knee chest 5 sec hold 10-15 reps knee rolls both sides 10-15 reps 2 times a day minimum most.

sitting breaks every 40 mins, You could need some medication (online GP), if pain starts to become burning type. If not ice should help to calm it down.
