Pain near left buttocks
When i lay flat on my back and wants to lift my buttocks, it hurts.....also I am unable to shift sideways with support of knees and legs...after getting up from bed also pain near left buttocks but after sometime it vanishes...the pain comes back again when I lie down...

Hi. Looks like left sided hip spasm. Icing over the area, iliotibial band stretch and lions stretch with a pillow beneath left knee will surely help. Kindly look for piriformis stretch also... Adding to it keep doing tummy tuck exercises thrice daily 15 sets per session and chin tucks also as it relieves pressure over spine . Hot pack and very slow gentle kneading over the area will help you.. take care

It is mainly occur during left SI joint dysfunction. And the ligaments and muscles around left sI joint is not working properly. These symptoms are easy to resolved. But further physical evalation is needed.
