Hi
I am a breast feeding mom and have a five month old baby.
I get buttocks, back thigh and calf muscles pain when I go to bed during night.
I am suffering a lot of pain through out the night and not able to sleep
How can I get rid of the same?

Carrying a baby is a relatively new physical activity for the body. Some of the body areas seemed to be bit stiff/weak.For further evaluation visit nearby physiotherapy clinic.

Usually during n after pregnancy many females have this complaint.., it is probably due to weak back n abdominal muscles..

Take modalities like IFT
Do supervised exercises with the therapist
learn N strictly follow posture n ergonomic advice specially of baby care
