Back of the thigh and leg pain
Since last couple of days I'm feeling pain which starts at my lower back- hip area till my left knee back side while walking or standing. I am not able to stretch my back at all . Please suggest . I had painkiller but it doesn't work .

Your pain needs immediate attention from eather an orthopeadition or a physiotherapist. Need to evaluate because of pain and then can be fixed with proper medication and tailor-made exercise protocol it's better to act soon. Thank you

Your back pain could be due to muscle spasm or strain. You should give hot water fomentation for 15-20 minutes twice a day for 3 days. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should do hamstring stretching and back strengthening exercises with proper guidance.
Next Steps
If the pain persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment either in person or through video call.

Mostly it could be a strain or may be it can be diagnose as schiatic pain perform some stretching exercises if it doesn't work, start Physiotherapy sessions and please do hot water fermentation twice a day and apply gel at home like  Flexabenz or volini.

Hi . It could sudden muscle strain in pyriformis muscle. Do pyriformis stretches, apply hot pack. Maintain back ergonomics. If pain increases do consult physiotherapist.
Next Steps
Lie on your back , bend both knees and keep together on bed. Now slowly cross right knee on left in position of 4. Now take the left knee towards chest. U can feel stretch in right back and lower thigh.

It can be due to postural issue or muscle strain after long sitting. Apply pain relieving gel or ointment like volini gel or diclofenac gel.use hot water fermentation or ice pack three times a day 10 min-15min. Need to do piriform stretching 20 counting 10 rep... Also do back strengthening with knee to chest. Need to find out the root cause of your problem. If it is postural issue need to correct it as well.

avoid lifting heavy weight. avoid long sitting or standing. change position after every hour. use pillow under your back. avoid sitting on hard surface.
