Constant back and leg pain
I've been having constant back pain in the spinal cord. I can feel something very very uneasy thing happening. It pains a lot sometimes. My legs are also paining from yesterday, not able to walk, not able to sit or stand for hours in the office. Hope you'll understand it, and suggest me the needful. THANK YOU

I would suggest please  apply ice pack and take rest . do not stretch your body secondly sleep on your stomach for sometime thirdly do not bend forward 4th do not sit for long means more not more than 45 minutes do not slouch and avoid sitting on bean bags or recliners since the pain is coming to your legs so it might be because of disc problem or maybe you due to spasm for that you need to consult any Physio nearby also maybe your vitamin D or B12 Alo but do not need to worry you will be fine in few days
