No need to worry. You have mild degenerative changes as per your report. Just improve your posture i.e make your working space ergonomically good and do hot fomentation for 10 mins twice a day plus back extension exercises. This will make you fine. No doctor can increase your space or reverse degenerative changes in your spine but after following my advice you can stop it from getting it worse.
Next Steps
Follow my advice and visit some expert physiotherapist

You should take electro therapy and exercise therapy from the nearest physiotherapy centre. You should take electro therapy first followed by exercises with proper guidance. You should continue the exercises for 3-4 months for best results.

To start with, I would suggest you to use a better support with lumber curve or use lumber roll while sitting and you can do hot water formations for at least 20 mins twice a day. Avoid prolonged sitting. Get up and take a round after every 30 mins.

A thorough physical assessment is needed to determine the tightness, weakness, spasm of your back muscles after which an appropriate exercise program can be prescribed to you. If exercises are given without proper physical assessment, it may even lead to increase in pain. You would need supervised physiotherapy sessions (online or offline) in order to achieve proper pain relief.
Health Tips
hot water bag/heating pad for 10-15 minutes 3 times a day will help with some pain relief
