Cycling with L5- S1 herinated Disc
I have issue on my L5- S1. Is it ok if I do cycling?.Currently I don't have any pain on my disc area and legs.

If you dont have any pains you can do cycling but never overuse the lower back muscles. If feeling any pressure while doing cycling then you need to stop and take a break. Better if you do warm up exercises first then later can go for cycle.

What type of cycle are u currently riding? Get your cycling biomechanics checked. Cycle fit is also a necessary item u can consider to be done on your bike
