DISC bulge in L3-L4 , L4-L5 , L5- S1
Hello, I am having a problem of lower back pain at right side, which move from back to hip and further hip towards the foot. It usually triggers when I wash my hair in shower bending my head forward down. Sometimes the pain becomes unbearable. Pls note: this pain started after I slipped in the washroom (May 2021). Attached is my MRI report.

Hello maam, after going through your MRI report, i would suggest you for strengthening, stretching of the back muscles. According to your MRI report, your lumbar spine is straightened instead of the curvature. To bring the curvature of the spine back you will be needing to do postural correction exercises.
Next Steps
application of hot water bag and ice pack in alternate ways for 5 mins each would help you to relive the pain and stretching will do a great help.
Health Tips
avoid bending forward and drinking water of around 4L is mandatory.

Your problem is treatable with Physiotherapy. You should consult a Physiotherapist in person. You should take Intermittent Pelvic traction and Interferential therapy for 7 - 10 sittings in a physiotherapy centre, followed by back strengthening and stretching exercises. You should continue to do the exercises for 3-4 months twice a day. Avoid forward bending, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, Twist and turns, frequent stair climbing till you strengthen your muscles.
