Numbness, tingling and heaviness in feet
My mother, P. Nagamani has been diagnosed with L4-L5 spondylolisthesis along with diffuse disc bulge .She has been experiencing severe numbness, tingling and heaviness in feet along with morning stiffness. Can anyone suggest good exercises as per physiotherapy?

Hey there! It would be better to learn by seeing face to face. If you are unable to find a physiotherapist nearby, consult me online. She has disc degenerations at more levels. Best to visit a physiotherapist.
