My friend is facing l5 s1 slip disk issue.
Can this problem fix via exercise on live classes?
10 years back he used to be a fast bowler and after jumping on the ground the pain started.
He is taking medicine also but not getting complete relief.
If live class exercise assures complete resolution then it will be great

This problem will be fixed with regular manual therapy and exercises focussing on the targeted muscles such as deep core, spinal extensors, glutes etc
The patient needs to be examined first to check the muscle strength, stiffness and spine range of motion to correctly prescribe the exercises.

Exercising through live classes may help alleviate the pain caused by the 15 s1 slip disk issue your friend is facing. Despite taking medication, he hasn't experienced complete relief. Given his history as a fast bowler, the pain began after jumping on the ground. If live class exercises promise a complete resolution, it would be a great solution for him.

Hey there! The physiotherapy treatment done by a physiotherapist is the option here. Please consider his age also. It's good that He was a sports person. It can reduce the time needed for recovery.
I advise him to do physiotherapy exercises post pain subsides. This would enhance the recovery and reduce chances of other flaws.
Neurovitamins advised.
Next Steps
please visit a nearby physiotherapist
Health Tips
Take caution while bending activities. Bend by lowering down by bending knees 90 degrees rather than arching back. Do not lift heavy weights. Wear lumbo-sacral belt. Relaxation is important. check vitamin B12 levels and folic acid.
As there is disc issue, its need to done by the physiotherapist, only exercises will not help.
It may require electrotherapy and manual technique to solve the disc issue and then exercises will be suggested for strengthening of the muscles.
Hi Both electro therapy ( in clinic physiotherapy) n exercise therapy are recommended. Avoid forward bending n lifting heavy weights. Back strengthening exercises . Wear lumbar belt. While sitting use cushions behind back. Maintain calcium n vitamin D levels in body
