Loss of lumbar lordosis and reduced L5-S

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I got back pain since 29th august to till date, in between I consulted doctor 5 times, on my 3rd visit only he made me do x-ray n made out its loss of lumbar lordosis and reduced L5-S1 intervertebral disc space-degenerative changes. kindly suggest me what can be done to get rid of this pain at the earliest n would like to know the cause for this.

Temporary loss of lumbar lordosis is because of spasm in the muscles of the back. Heat and done treatment with Physiotherapist or meds should take care of this
