What causes neck pain at the back
I am 33 year old male. My daily commute to my office is by bike. Since a month I am having on and off back and neck pain. What are the causes of neck pain? Does wrong posture cause neck pain? What exercises can I do to get rid of it?

It's due to cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy, get it treated thr rest, analgesics, physiotherapy and regular exercises and maintain proper posture will help
