Shooting Pain in Leg
I have a shooting Pain in Leg, it feels like an electric shock and happens out of nowhere. It happens even during coughing, sneezing and when I'm excited or shocked. A burning sensation is felt around the thigh, knee and hamstring. The issue is bothering me since childhood. I have difficulties moving, standing and even laying down when the problem occurs.

You are having this issue since the childhood it's less likely that your are having a nerve compression..(though I don't totally deny it) But one  can think of other pathologies like 1)Chaleys horse where in one gets sudden cramps. 2)RLS. MRI NCV Vit D and B12 levels Can be the investigations of choice.
