Avoid prolonged  sitting . Always do stretching  , or rotate  or twist your spine when u r sitting more than half an hour. Go nearby clinic for complete  assessment.

Hi, you were having Glute, and hamstrings muscle tightness, and quadriceps weakness. Start with stretching exercises to the glute and hamstring and strengthening exercises to the quadriceps muscle.

its looks like fascia tightness fascia is the covering layer of your muscles whenever your body is not warm like environmental change morning or evening you will feel that pain or stiffness more that time your fascia movement will reduce then once your body gets warm fascial movement will free that's why you are feeling like that

You might have pinched nerve on your affected leg that mat causing compression i suggest to correlate clinical by physical assessment you can self strech flexor muscles of your leg to get relief
